1. Production Process
Once we receive your order, we start the shoe preparation process. If the shoes you choose are in stock, we will expedite processing within the estimated delivery time frame. Primary colors are typically Black and White, while other colors and some half sizes may require additional ordering and shipping.
When the selected shoes are in stock, we begin the embroidery process, which takes 3-10 business days depending on the complexity.
After embroidery, we ship the package to your location. Shipping times may vary depending on your geographic location.
*Note: Each pair of shoes is sourced from the brand's store and meticulously HAND EMBROIDERED upon ordering. Please ensure you enter the correct shoe size before payment.
2. Custom Embroidery Requests

An embroidery sketch will be provided for approval before application. We will design patterns to fit the shoe's empty space and share images.
Custom embroidery prices range from $10 to $50, depending on complexity.
3. Guide to Choosing Shoes
Converse recommends purchasing a half size smaller on their website, especially for those with narrow feet, as the Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars and Converse Chuck 70 often run true to size but are narrow.
If you have wider feet, consider going up a half size, as the shoe is tight and has limited stretch due to its material.
If you already own a pair of Converse, stick with that size.
4. Delivery Time
Expect embroidered shoes to be delivered within 1-2 weeks after you place your order.
Your order invoice will include a tracking number, which will be updated when you receive a delivery notification email.
