We will need a receipt and photo or video evidence of the defective product to proceed with the refund process. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return via email.

If your refund is accepted, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
