Q1: When will I receive my tracking numbers?

The tracking numbers will be updated immediately after we complete and send your order. Each product has a different completion time:

Embroidered shoes: 7 to 14 days

Studded shoes: 7 to 14 days

Embroidered backpacks: 5 to 8 days

Decorative lobsters: 3 to 5 days

Q2: How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact
us immediately at support@embroartis.com.
Once you have placed an order, there is a 6-hour time frame where the wrong
information inputted can be corrected and the order can be canceled.

If the 6 hour time period has passed since purchasing, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations once the shipping process begins

Q3: What if I don't want the product anymore?

We are unable to offer refunds for items that are not wanted anymore. Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or defective

Q4: What if I received a defective, incorrect,or damaged product?

Please contact us immediately if you received a defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Q1: How long will it take to receive my item?

Please allow 3 to 14 business days for your order to be completed before shipping, (Completion times vary depending on the product.). All products are sent from Vietnam.

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 8-14 business days

United Kingdom: 10-15 business days

Europe: 12-20 business days

Canada: 20-30 business days

Other countries: 20-40 business days

Q2: What if my package doesn’t arrive?

We know it can be frustrating when you don't receive your package on time. That's why we want to assure you that we will do everything possible to help you locate your package. Please contact us at support@embroartis.com

Q3: Why does my tracking say, “No Information Available At The Moment”?

After approximately 8-10 days of shipping, the tracking code will update to display the route. If it has not been updated, it indicates that the package has not yet cleared customs. The tracking code will automatically update once the package has been inspected and cleared by customs

Q1: How long will It take to receive a refund?

Refunds are only available for products thatare damaged or
defective. We will notify you once we receive your receipt and photo or video evidence of the defective product and inspect your returned item. This communication will be done via email to proceed with the refund process.

If your refund is accepted, it will be
automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
